people in Tempe Heights,” Tiberio
emphasized. ‘

Most. houses. boast four
bedrooms and often have as many
bathrooms. Tiberio notes that the
buyers are -not- first-time home
purchasers; rather, they. are fami-
lies looking for ‘‘a stepping up":
the home in which their
children grew up to a newer, bigger
place. Even older couples, she
says, are buying the multi-
bedroomed homes in anticipation
‘of grown-up children coming to -~
