MUD PIE

1 pkg 8'72 oz.
choco wafers
“2 Cup marg or butter
1'7 pts coffee ice cream
- softened
“yc. cocoa
3 Tbsp marg
¥, c sugar & 2 Tbsp sugar
1's ¢ whipping cream
2 tsp vanilla
202. semi sweet choco
for garnish

Crush wafers and mix with
marg. Bake 375° for 10
minutes. Cool completely.

Spread ice cream into
crust and freeze till firm-
about 1% hrs.

Over medium heat cook
cocoa, %s c sugar and “3 c
whipping cream and 3 Tbsp
butter until smooth and
boils. Remove from heat and
str in 1 tsp vanilla. Cool
slightly, then pour over ice
cream. Freeze again.

Whip cream, | tsp vanilla
and 2 Tbsp sugar together.
Garnish with grated

chocolate if desired.
