Stylish three bedroom

The. exterior of this plan
has a bold california stucco
look with sweeping angles,
and clerestory glass for the
vaulted ceilings in both the
living room, and the master
bedroom area.

If the exterior was finished
in white stucco, it would
contrast effectively with the
pillars, the heavy wood trim
over the windows, and the
wood handrail over the
double garage. Both the
garage doors, and the front
entry are, shown as panel
doors in keeping with the
design mood created by this
exterior, This design lends
itself well to diagonal cedar
siding, if:preferned.

The covered front entry
has a guest coat closet. Steps
lead up to the bedroom
floor, while the living area is
all on the same level.

The entry and living room
both have a: sloping ceiling,
with high vaulted glass area
for extra light. The fireplace
is placed on the lowest wall
in the living room to
minimize the rock or brick
facing required.

The dining room and the
living room are connected
by an open archway, which
can be closed off to create a
private dining arca if
required. ‘There's sliding
glass doors in the dining
room for good ventilation,
lots of light, and access to
the back yard.

The kitchen is in the
popular “U” shape, and is
designed so as to allow an
unobstructed view of the
family room to keep an eye
on the children. Another set
of glass doors lead from the

yard, a perfect location for a

to the double garage. This
convenience will be best
