WOW. whata aght. The Deep Cove biens Club hosted a fai-
alous chant “awards dinner this past Saturday might ar dhe new
Delta Pinnacle Hotel in Vancouver, The seting was pertect for
the gala.as the club honoured the North Shore’s incomparable
Peter | The Medal of Merit was awarded to Peter as part
of the chib’s first major tundraner. Also benetiting trom the
evening was Grace MeCarthy’s CHIEED ¢Children with
Intestinal and Liver Disorders} Foundation. The former politi-
cian has been busy promoting awareness of Crohn's Disease
and colitis for some time now and proceeds trom the evening's
silent auction will be donated to this tvorthwhile cause.

John and Jacki Smart know how to handle money. They
are the faces behind Smart Investment Strategies Ltd.

West Vancouver's own Marie Moscovitch (lofi) and
friend tsabelle Chisholm both looked wonderful dressed
in pretty spring colours.
