hear an expert address the sub-
ject at North Vancouver's
Cheers restaurant Tuesdav
morning .

“The first bit of advice (to
independent retailers) is to
wake up in the morning and
give prayers .., for being in such
a fantastic market.” said Len
Kuhas shorty after his presen-
tation.

Kubas has been a retail mar-
keting consultant since 1977.
He has been a regular speaker
at conferences and seminars
ever since, focusing on the

changing retail market-
