TCW celebrates
ground breaking
of new facility

THE PRINTING company
responsible for producing
the North Shore News. is
building a new printing
plant on Annacis Island in
Delta.

The 100,000 sq. ft. facility rep-
resents a substantial investment in

the future for both the company:

“Our goal is to have no liquid
emmissions leaving the  plant,’’

Barnes. ‘Our engineers wil} be

company to figure out ways 'to-ci-
ther evaporate or recycle , the liq-

on the Environment.’’
