NSWC capped a whirlwind season last month bv winning the prestigious Kamloops International Tournsment with a thrilling 8-5 . decision over the Burlington, Ont., Cougars in the final game. Jennings, named the most. valuable ‘player of the tournament, and team.captain Kaufmann each scored three times against. the * Cougars, : who had’ eliminated: Williams Lake in the semifinals. Nikki Saunders, who is ‘also from the North Shore, won a silver medal in the synchronized tram- poline event and also placed sixth in two other events.
