. Dr. Keith Lilley and Staff of the Lonsdale Pet Hospital: Jane, Quinne,
Virginia, Natasha and Ashley offer their heartfeit thanks and apprecia-
tion to those who helped wher: fire struck the pet hospital on january
20,. 1994. In particular:

Inspectors Burgess and Seigmann and the men of the North Vancouver
City Fire Department whose speed, skill and bravery are exceeded only
by their good looks;

Those amazing Cromwell Fire and Restoration people who arrived by
the truck load, armed with mops, pails, mysterious purple cleaning
solution, prodigious amounts of elbow grease and those invaluable
commodities during a disaster; humour and expertise. They began the
process of “tearing down” and “putting up” with remarkable speed,
redefining the terms teamwork and hardwork. Special thanks to Rick,
the Wendys, Debbie, Alan, Randy and Michel;

To Larry and the Staff of Larry's Sport Shop for their assistance the
morning of the fire and for graciously allowing us the use of their fax
machine for several weeks following the fire;

To Dr. Leishman and Staff of Lions Veterinary Clinic, Dr. Clark and Staff
of the Lynn Valley Veterinary Clinic and Dr. Sommerfeld and Staff of
the Westview Veterinary Services for their support in all things and all
ways; and,

Last but not least, to our wonderfully loyal and patient clients who
have endured the inconvenience of re-scheduled appointments,
reduced hours, no phone, dust, fumes and extremely frazzled staff. It
would be impossible for us to fully express our appreciation for your
understanding and support but we certainly plan to try.

improved facility which is well on its way to completion.
