NOTICE is hereby given by the City of North Vancou-
ver, pursuant to Section 957 of the Municipal Act of
British Columbia, that a Public Hearing wiil be held
on MONDAY, MARCH 11, 1991 at 7:30 p.m. in the
Council Chamber, City Hall, 141 West 14th Street,
Norih Vancouver, B.C., to receive representations in
connection with the following proposed amendments
to the “Zoning Bylaw, 1967°°

BYLAW NO. 6183

To amend the text of the Zoning Bylaw as ii pertains
to the size, shape and siting of principal buildings
for a one-family residential use. The proposed
changes would alter the gross floor area, lot
coverage, heighit, siting and other related standards.
in addition, changes are proposed to the size, shape
and siting of accessory buildings in all residential
zones (except the RC Zone). Further changes would
amend several definitons in the Zoning Bylaw which
apply to most zones, such as the definitions of
“Gross Floor Area’, “Building Grades’, etc.

be without water from 8:00am to 4:30pm. These residents will
be notified by letter a day or two prior to the scheduled cleaning

provide continued depend-
able water service. Resi-
dents in the designated
cleaning area as well as on
surrounding streets may
experience discoloration of
the water supply. The
discoloration is caused by
sediment being stirred up

and is harmless. Water
clarity should retum to
