Shore mayors appointed to GVRD posts NORTH VANCOUVER District Mayor Marilyn Baker and City Mayor Jack Loucks have been given major roles in 1987 activities of the Greater Vancouver Regional District by Chairman Con Ross, the mayor of Surrey.
