and cause serious health
problems.

West Vancouver veter-
narian Dr. George Foukal,
however, says this disease is
of little concern. It is ex-
tremely rare and children
have to eat dog faeces to be
infected.

Foukal also doesn’t
believe restricting the

Hutchinson said her
committee, consisting of two
aldermen, dog owners and
non-dog owners, will .con-
sider limiting the number of
dogs and addressing the
problem of kennels but add-
ed that she hasn't set up the
first meeting yet.
