Van. {REAR ENTRANCE) fll Abduction attempted THE WEST Vancouver Police are advising parents to street-smart their children following the attempted abduc- tion of a young giri. Const. Jamie Gibsan said a 12-ycar-old girl was allegedly approached by two men in a vehicle at about 7:15 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 8, in the 6300-block Marine Drive. The males offered the youngster a ride to her bus siop. Gibson said the young girl stepped back from the vehi- cle and told the pair she did not want a ride. When the two men continued to offer her a cide, she ran for help into u nearby residential area. The two males then left the scene. “The young girt did everything property.
