We are reminding motorists that every one percent increase in the seat belt wearing Tate saves more lives and reduces injuries.” The Ministry of the Attorney General, police across B.C., and ICBC launched the seat belt campaign on the same day as the national operation impact campaign. This is a 24-hour Canada-wide traffic law enforcement and education initiative aimed at high risk drivers — those who drink and drive, speed and don’t use their seat belt.
