NORTH VANCOUVER DISTRICT COUNCIL _ By Martin Millerchip Instead, the majority of council agreed to debate the merits of a “joint-services advisory committee” as proposed by Coun. Pat Munrve. Coun. By Anna Marie D'Angelo News Reporter Voyer, who moved to West Vancouver's Dundarave area last month, lost a diamond cross pendant while jogging on.the seawall. Swan, who fives in Surrey, found the tiny cross dropped diamond-side down near the seawall. Swan returned it personally to Voser at her Nelson Avenue home. More accurately, it was their home. “Of all the houses that are so crammed together it had to be the same house... {t's just wo add actually,” said Swan, 29.
