Two Lynn Canyon rangers to be hired as educators rather than enforcers TWO PARK rangers will be hired by North Vancouver District to act as educators rather than enforcers in a bid to discourage young ‘‘risk-takers’’ from diving into creek waters and swimming in often treacherous canyon pools.
