many representatives from
these bodies have been
inquiring about how to go
about obtaining coverage in
the sports pages of The
News.

It’s not that difficult.

For possible inclusion in
the Wednesday edition of

the paper, we need your
information, in writing, in
the office by no later than 10
a.m. on Monday morning.

And for the Sunday paper,
we need that information by
10a.m. Thursday.

If you can get it earlier of
course it stands a _ better
chance to be properly edited
and prepared.

Saturday night at Goldilocks
Banquet Centre, and the
major shareholders of the
league's team and individual
trophies were accepted by
the Super Valu, Westlynn
Mall Maple Leafs.

league and play-off
championship awards, while
teammate Jim Barnes
collected the scoring
championship

and get us a copy of your
schedule so we can attempt

to line up occasional
photographs of, your  par-
ucular league or sport. And
if there’s something special
coming up, let us know.
Don’t ask us afterward why
we ignored it - especially uf
you didn’t tell us it was
happening in the first place.
