Virtually no evening passes by without some people coming out of Fast Eddie’s and a fight beginning in the laneway.” In the letter she also said patrons of Fast Eddie's frequently use the apartment building’s parking lot as a bathroom. Before making the recommendation that the disco close at midnight, some City aldermen lashed at Fast Eddie's management. “All the evidence in- dicates these people are totally irresponsible,” said Alderman Bill Sorenson.
