In addition, five West Van

players were selected to
represent Bntish Columbia
in the Western Canadian

Championships to be held in
Calgary this coming
weekend while Az Ansan
from West Van was named
coach for the 14 and under
provincial team

The first gold medal went
to the Il and under team
from West Van who picked
up five shutouts in their six
games, allowing
geals in the process
