al five-speed Tiptronic trans-
mission is a close second. It
shifts smoothly and takes
advantage of its five gears to
keep the engine revving where
it needs to be most of the
time. Shift points vary auto-
matically depending on the
aggressiveness of the driver.
The Tiptronic transmission
can be operated as a normal
five-speed automatic, or the
driver can shift manually by
pushing the floor lever for-
wards to upshif and back-
wards to downshift.
