Iraj Ziatabari plans to open his
Caspian restaurant this week in
the Brueckels’ former home away
from home,

He brings with him 18 years’
experience of running a restaurant
in London, England, and promises
to present West Vancouverites
with a full selection of classic
Persian dishes.

The Caspian's menu will
include 25 different entrees ($9 to
$14), ranging from kebabs to
hearty Persian stews. Ziatabari
a:so plans to feature live music in
the Caspian on Friday and
Saturday nights.

The restaurant will be open
every day from 11 a.m. A full

in an upcoming adventure.
