suit made from neoprene that fea-
tured sections of “skin” which pull
open to reveal realistic inner
organs, hanging fabric flesh and a
tight skeleton suit beneath.

The winner of the western finals
is Kara Ardan, who will advance to
the national finals in Montreal.

She made an elaborate full cape
that included multiple tied panels
which, when allowed to fall open,
revealed a different hand-painted
scene on each and actually covered
the cape with new fabric color.
