I've had just one chance to
tickle their tastebuds. We did a
lunch dish out of my little

‘cookbook, Pretty simple, but a

good meal for either lunch or _
dinner.

You'll need a casserole dish,
and the oven should be 350°F.

While oven heats, put 5 or 6
pork sausages into a cold fry-
ing pan, turn the heat to medi-
um and let them brown. When
one side’s brown, roll em over
and do the other areas like-

_ wise. Don’t let them get hard

and overcooked.
Lift them out onto paper

_towel when you're satisfied,
