His paintbox brights are splash- ed onto everything from business wear to beach basics, giving an alternative to the trend toward a neutral and faded color palette. If Chang isn’t cutting a short, shapely suit in fuchsia or tur- quoise, he’s giving the classic sheath dress an update in solid lime or tangerine. Purple, apple green, red, banana yellow and sky blue also provide warmth in Chang’s clothing.
