Cold weather can wreak
havoc on water pipes

COLD WINTER weather can
cause water pipes in and around
your home to freeze and burst.
The District of North Vancouver
Fire Department knows you do
not want that to happen. And
because methods to thaw pipes
after they have frozen can cause
serious fires, your fire department
wants to help you avoid burst
