Serves 4- 5. , CREAMY CELER Y-SPINACH : SOUP 2 cups celery (chopped) 1 cup onion (chopped) 1 (10 o2.) pkg. spinach frozen " 1 cup water 1 chicken bouillon cube 1 cup cream style cottage cheese 2 cups milk A tsp. salt - 1/8 tsp. pepper ‘4 cup procesed sour cream Dissolve chicken bouillon cube in one cup hot water. In a 3-quart saucepan, combine bouillon broth with first three ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. In blender, place soup mixture and cottage cheese. Cover and blend until smooth. Return, mixture to saucepan. Stir in next three ingredients. Heat through.
