Simpson guilty of trafficking

CONST. Scott Simpson won the trust of two 14-
year-old boys and their single-parent mothers by
holding himself up as a police officer and a posi-

tive role model.

THE PacifiCat Explorer won’t be doing much
exploring for the next few weeks.

It’s been hauled into dry dock in North Vancouver for a number of struc-
tural and mechanical repairs.
