NEWS photo Mike Waketicid NOTICE TO MOTORISTS LIONS GATE BRIDGE SIDEWALK REPAIRS JUNE 11 - JUNE 30 The Ministry of Transportation and Highways advises that there will be single lane traffic in each direction on the Lions Gate Bridge from June 11 to June 30. Cyclists and pedestrians are advised that one sidewalk will remain closed 24 hours per day during this period. The single lane tralfic and sidewalk closures are necessary for the replacement of sidewalk panels and will be in effect as follows: Single Lane Closure & Sidewalk Closure Sunday evening to Friday morning 11:00 pm - 5:30 ain Note: phere will be signage at each end of the bridge to advise which sidewalk is available or use. Motorists and cyclists are reminded to obey the construction speed zone limit and signing while work is in progress. The Ministry thanks motorists for the patience and cooperation.
