Before Judge J.03. Layton in
North Vancouver provincial court
on Feb. 6:

David A. Guadagni was fined.

$250 and had his driver’s licence
suspended for six months after the
19-year-old Vancouver man
pleaded guilty to driving without
due care and attention on Sept.
13, 1990.

Stanislav Roub was fined $100
after the 33-year-old Vancouver
man pleaded guilty to stealing
merchandise from an Overwaitea
Foods store on Jan. 10.

Robert Peter Findlay was fined
$500 after the 42-yveur-old North
Vancouver man pleaded guilty to
resisting a police officer and to
remaining in a bar after he was
asked to leave. The incident oc-
curred Sept. 25. 1990 in
Parksville.

Daniel Dwayne Baker was
sentenced to six days in jail after
the 2J-year-old North Vancouver
man pleaded guilty to driving
while "Prohibited Dec. 6, 1990 on

$100 after the 29-year-old Bur-

naby man pleaded guilty to ex-
cessive speeding Oct. 15, 1990 on
Highway No. 1.
Before Judge E.H. Bendrodt in
West Vancouver provincial court
on Jan. 15:

Debbie Jean Goodburn received
a conditional discharge and was
put on probation for six months
after the 29-year-old Port McNeill
woman pleaded guilty to posses-
sion of marijuana Dec. 3, 1990.
