Bryan Bollo, of no fixed address, was charged in connection with a July 31 incident in the District of North Vancouver. In addition to the jail term, North Vancouver provincial court Judge P.L. Maughan also handed Bollo a two-year conditional probation. Under the conditions, Bollo must not change his place of resi- dence without the permission of his probation officer, and be is prohibited from taking any drugs other than those preseribed hy a doctor.
