Racers from previous years will be familiar with the course from the start at Dundarave Pier, to a marker at Point Atkinson, to the Point Grey Bell Buoy, to a marker set 0.7 miles south of the center channel marker, to the finish line off Kitsilano Yacht Club, a distance of approximately 12 miles. _. The start will be conducted at 10:00 a.m., and the official finish time is 3:00 p.m. Ceremonies and awards presentations will begin as soon as possible after 3.00 pm. at the Granville island Ballroom, located between the Boardwalk Cafe and Sea Wing Sailing School. ___ This ninth annual family sailing event is open to all cruising sailboats regardless of club membership or affiliation.
