to move into houses and apart-
ments designed for seniors. Mar-
ried couples who are seniors tend
to prefer apartments and attached
types of housing that are mar-
keted for a mixed-age group.

Stevenson moved into her 1,065
square-foot (99 sq. m), two-
bedroom suite last August.
