The Recreation Commis- sions in North and West Vancouver have planned special programs which in- _¢lude = gymnastics, crafts, games, swimming, skating and supervised excursions. The North Shore Family Y offers a weekend on Holly- burn Mountain. | The North Shore Neigh- bourhood House has organ- ized a week of programs to appeal to the many interests of the 6-11 year olds. The local libraries have story times for the very young and crafts for those aged 7 and over, as well as their regular programs. Once the children are back at school, it’s time for Mim and Dad to, explore new. interests and get out-of doors. There is lots going on! A new series of night school courses will start on April 2, Capilano College’s Com- munity Education Depart- ment will be mailing out its Spring brochure on April 4th and the public and private recreation agencies have their spring sessions ready to go.
