Seminars are held in the even- ings, at Strands Salon in Gastown, 131 Water St., from approximate- ly 6:30to9p.m. — Topics include ‘‘gadget relief’’ — getting the look you want with what you have; a = skin care workshop; “the three faces of you” -—- different ways to wear your hair; basic make-up; and “let’s party’’ —- learn to look sexy, sophisticated, or just spien- didly different when you go out. Each workshop is $65, and there's a $25 discount if you pre- register for three. . Light refreshments will be serv- ed and each person will receive a free gift.
