A gradual entry program may be of benefit, for example, day one, three hours, day two, a half day, and day three, a full day. By gradually entering a new environment your child can explore without feeling aban- doned. You may wish to stay awhile and watch your child interact with other children, teachers and become comfortable with the setting. Voice any concerns, praise and ques- tions at this time. The director will also use this opportunity to get to know you and your child. Your interest adds to your child's sense of accomplishment and encourages in- centive to continue growing. Your child is the most precious person in your life. Finding child care that suits your whole family is of the utmost importance. After all, you Geserve the best! Good luck!
