of the men from my senior
classes, both graduates and
tenderfeet, will be
demonstrating their skill with
a skillet during the Senior
Days promotion at Park

They will be on the South
side, at 2 p.m. Thursday, and
will then go over to the North
side to repeat the stint.
There'll be similar activity on
the Sarurday. Do come round
and encourage them — learn
ing to cook ts one of the most
important lessons of their
lives.

The demonstrations are be-
ing undertaken as part of a
larger effon to recrun some
class keaders, such as myself.

many questions, all of which
must be answered carefully.

thusiasm testifies to their
interest.

the demonstration area with
the band-aids and would be
delighted to talk to you about
possible participation.

If I could only practise
what I preach! One of my
frequent sermons is about
how to read a recipe, yet the
other evening | turned out a
hopeless case of meatballs
simply because | had let my
eye be caught by ‘‘zucchini’’
and ‘‘wheat germ’’, two of
my favorite things. Maybe
you can improve on Wheat
Germ Meatballs Jardiniere.
Now doesn’t that sound
classy?

This feeds four, they say.
First, set the oven at
400F(200C). Combine

% cup of chopped
parsley (8S5mL)
% cup of chopped green
