Ontario’s Premier Bill
Davis now says that he wants
a slice of Alberta’s oil based
Heritage Fund. He wants
part of B.C.’s income from
the sale of B.C. gas. He also
wants to cut Ontarig into
Saskatchewan's revenue

from the sale of its
petroleum resources. No
mention, however, of any

resource revenue sharing in
return. Ontario isn’t
prepared to give up any of its
provincial income
