Blues kill off Grim Reapers TWO UPSET games have given the Keg Blues their chance at the Central Softball League title. The title game for the North Shore division went to the Blues after a 14-8 decision over league leaders Harvest Grim Reapers. According to a reliable team source, stars of the game included Roger “Chicken Legs” Gotto, Cindy “I’ve got the shakes” Marsh and Milt “Get down on it” Williams. Restaurant owner Derek “Pop Fly” Rendle capped the defeat with a ninth inning home run. The Blues finished regular season play in third place after the Reapers and the Keg Primates. The climb to the division final began with a 11-5 upset of the Primates, with the Reapers overpowering Bay Keg 9-1. The league championship was held Sunday.
