Formal Presentation to begin at 7:30 p.m.

The proposal at 940 Lynn Valley Road includes 118 residential units with
amenity, recreational and dining facilities. The unit mix consists of 45 1-bedroom
units, 27 1-bedroom + den units, and 46 2-bedroom units. Underground parking
for 132 cars is provided for residents plus 24 visitors stalls. The proposal
includes the relocation and restoration of the Mollie Nye house and the donation
of a parcel of land for the house and a heritage garden.

The meeting is being held by the applicant in compliance with District of North
Vancouver Council policy. The applicants will present details of the proposal and
discuss any concerns residents may have.

Information packages are being distributed to the residents within 350m of the
