“‘Accessories are a woman’s
signature. They should be quali-
tative art pieces. A woman
should choose her accessories
with as much diligence as when
she chooses a mate.”’”

He feels that every woman
can and should wear black.

‘*‘There are some cir-
cumstances that black must be
worn to be accepted and the
work place is one of them. Sim-
ilarly to a man’s blue suit, a
woman in black signifies that
she means business. Anyone can
wear black if it is worn correct-
ly and the right makeup is used.
You cannot go wrong with
black.”

Pante also says that you do
have to splurge on some pieces
im your wardrobe. ‘There has
to be some extravagant buying
or you will curtail wealth and
prosperity in your life.”

“A woman of the 90s no
longer pretends that she has half
a brain. And there is mot a
question in her mind that she is

the centuries, Pacific Centre will
be hosting a series of fashion
shows entitled Panache: Then
and Now. A major sponsor of
The Vancouver Museum’s
Panache: 200 Years of Women’s
