That's the reading of a poll conducted April 15 by the Survey Division of the North Shore News. Respondents in a balanced sam- ple of 359 households throughout the, Capilano constituency were asked: 1.°Do you think your MP Mary Collins is doing a good, average or poor job of repre- senting you?" Horseshoe Bay, however, also had the highest neighborhood percentage for thinking she was doing ''a poor job’’. In all five others the majority said she was doing ‘tan average job’’. To the second question, 35 per cent said yes, they would re-elect Collins; 34 per cent said no, they would not re-elect her; 31 per cent were undecided, Among decided voters these fig- ures become 51 per cent ‘yes"* and 49 per cent ‘‘no’’. Four of the eight neighborhoods (Dundarave, British Properties, Norgate Park, Pemberton Heights and Upper Lonsdale) showed mia- jorities in favor of re-electing Col- lins. In two' others (Horseshoe Bay and Delbrook) the ‘‘yes’’ and “no'' votes were split exactly 50- 50.
