Body Found i in culvert A 64-YEAR-OLD North Vancouver woman whose body was found in a culvert Wednesday drowned and did not die of exposure as originally suspected. lan Marshall of the cor- oner’s office confirmed the finding Friday and said his office would likely conduct an inquiry into the cir- cumstances of the death of Anne Skinner Pocklington. The elderly woman disap- peared from her North Van- couver residence on Tucsday evening, wearing only a night gown according to North Vancouver RCMP. Her body was discovered in a culvert at Westview and 2%h Street at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday police say.
