representations in connection with the following proposed
amendment to the “City of North Vancouver Zoning Map”
which is an integral part of “Zoning Bylaw 1967":

Bylaw No. 6378

To rezone Lot Am 6, Am 8, Block 19, D.L. 548, Plan 2528
located at 1816/1820/1828 Chesterfield Avenue (indicated
in the hatched pattern on the map below) from RT-1 Two-
Family Residential Zone to CD-240 Comprehensive
Development 240 Zone, to. permit construction of 9
residential dwelling units on the site. The amending bylaw
will regulate the size, shape and siting of buildings and
structures, off-street parking requirements, location and_
screening of refuse containers, and landscaping and

maintenance.

The proposed bylaw is also varied to the

extent necessary to permit access to individual parking stalls
