recently to face various charges.
Before Judge J... McCarthy in
North Vancouver provincial court
on July 13:

Michael Gillie Harris was fined
$500 after the 26-year-old North
Vancouver man was found guilty
of failing to remain at the scene
of an accident he was involved in
at the intersection of Main Street
and Mountain Highway.

Before Judge J.L. McCarthy in
North Vancouver provincial court
on July 12:

David Dale Hitchcox was fined
$150 after the 19-year-old North
Vancouver man pleaded guilty to
failing to comply with the terms
of his probation in connection
with a May 17 incident.

David Peter Louis was fined
$150 after the 20-year-old West
Vancouver man pleaded guilty to
possession of marijuana in con-
nection with a Jan. 21 drug
seizure.

Before Judge R.D. Grandison in
North Vancouver provincial court
on July 9:

Dale Andrew Fletcher was fined
$750 after the 21-year-old North
Vancouver man pleaded guilty to
possession of a stolen validation
deca! in connection with a Jan. 27
incident.

Before Judge P. Maughan in
North Vancouver provincial court
on July 6:

Anthony George Minichiello
served a one-day jail term in the
North Vancouver sheriff cells
after the 43-year-old North Van-
couver man pleaded guilty to theft
of an electric drill from Payne
Hardware on Dec. 21, 1989.

In addition, Minichiello pleaded
guilty to failing tu report to his
probation order on June 20.
