IF IT WEREN'T for the
accessories, fashions this fall
could border on the “ho-
hum.” The eye may pass
over black suits, grey dresses
and taupe blouses but not
when they are livened up
with bright, glamorous
bangles and belts.

“The key accessories this
year are the hat, scarf or
bow tie, pumps, big bold
earrings and of course the
belt,” said Dana Hall,Special
Events and Fashion Coor-
dinator at the Bay.

Fashions are not restricted
to one particular style of
belt, but one fact is clear —
the belt is seen everywhere
and is part of every outfit,
according to Hall. Whether
narrow braided belts or wrap
arounds up to four inches
wide, they all must come
with the biggest shiny buckle
