More than six months after the shooting, charges of first degree murder and conspiracy to commit first degree murder have been lard against Jon Ortelo Moroury, 18, and Michael Caster, 19. Moroury is a student who lives in Lynn Valley. He was arrested in the parking lot of Lynn Valley Centre on Saturday. Caster works at a shoe store at Capilano mall and lives in a highrise on Marine Drive. He was arrested on Roosevelt Crescent in the Norgate area.
