VANCOUVER international Marathon participants hit the halfway mark of Sunday’s race as they make their wet way along Welch Street in North Vancouver. Over 6,000
athletes took part in the full, half and wheelchair marathons. Mexico’s Juan Salvador Gonzales won the men’s full marathon (42.2 kilometres), while Hungary's Eniko
Feher took the women's title. North Van's Alistair Dutson finished second in the wheelchair event with a time of two hours, 16 minutes.
