Honey Lime dressing:

Juice of 1 fresh lime

1 Tbsp. (15 mL) honey

2 Thsp. (30 mL) olive oil

1 clove garlic, finely minced
_ 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) vinegar

Pinch salt

Whisk ingredients together for
dressing, and set aside.

Either toss fruits and vegetables
together, or arrange on a pretty plat-
ter. Drizzle with dressing. Scatter
salad with toasted nuts, and for a
truly authentic touch, scatter the
seeds from 1 pomegranate (work!

,, but worth the effort and stained fin-
gers!) over salad for a jewel-like
effect. .

Serve chilled.
