McCarthy in North Vancouver provincial court on March x»: Abinder Singh Tur was fined $750 after the 19-year-old North Vancouver man pleaded guilty to driving with ex- cessive speed in connection with a Dec. 1, 1989 incident on Keith Road. Before Judge R.D. Grandison in North Yancouver provincial court on March Julie Ann Marlow was sentenced to one day in jail and put on probation for one year after the 36-year-old North Vancouver woman pleaded guil- ty to causing bodily harm to another woman in connection with an Oct. 7, 1989 incident. As conditions of probation, Maslow was ordered to pay the victim $89 in compensation and to not be found in the Lynnwood Inn for the duration of her probation. Before Judge J.L. McCarthy in North Vancouver provincial court on March 28: Edward Martin Clarke received a conditional discharge and was put on probation for one year after the 23- year-old North Vancouver man pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana in connection with a Jan. 17 drug seizure. Clarke was also ordered to complete 75 hours of community work service. tf Victor Andrew Guerrero received a suspended sentence and was put on . probation for nine months after the 22-year-old North _ Vancouver man pleaded guilty to mischief under $1,600 in connection with a Feb. 7 incident when he hit a rental car. eet Philip Geoffrey Hinchliffe was fined $150 and was put on probation for 18 months after the 41-year-old Van- couver man pleaded guilty to theft under $1,000 in connection with a Jan. 19 incident at Save-On-Foods. eee Attila Nagy was fined $100 and put on probation for five months after the 34-year-old North Vancouver man A DAY IN tapes and a package of toothpaste March 19 from London Drugs. gue Christopher A. McCarthy in North Yancouver provincial court on March 27: Neil Andrew Skinner was sentenced to seven days in jail concurrent with a sentence pfreseritly being served after the 25-year-old Vancouver man pleaded guilty to committing mischief under $1,000 in connection with a July [i, 1989 incident in Victoria where Skinner damaged a car owned by the City of Victoria. Also known as Neil John Anderson, Skinner was put on proba- tion for 18 months, Skinner was sentenced to an addi- tional seven days in jail after he plead- ed guilty to obstructing a Victoria police officer, also on July 11, 1989. Before Judge J.L. McCarthy in North Vancouver provincial court on March 2k: Robert David Cleave was fined $100 after the 27-year-old North Vancouver man pleaded guilty to supplying a minor with liquor on Jan. 12. McCerthy in North Vancouver provincial court on March 19: Brent Arthur Culpepper was fined $500 after the 36-year-old Nanaimo man pleaded guilty to misleading a police officer in connection with a Nov. 8, 1989 incident where he falsely reported a hit and run. Shaw in West Van- couver provincial court on March 12: Trupti Patel received a suspended sentence and was put on probation for two years after the 23-year-old Van- couver woman pleaded guilty to steal- ing a credit card in connection with in- cidents occurring between Oct. 28 and Nov. 11, 1989.
