Environment concert held A SPECIAL Oct. 18 benefit con- cert with a lineup of locally and in- ternationaliy-known Vancouver area musicians has been organized to raise money for four B.C. en- viconment groups, including the North Shore-based Save Howe Sound Society and Environmental Watch. The concert, scheduled to begin at 8 p.m. at the 86 Street Music hall, will feature North Van- couver’s Bryan Adams, D.O.A., the Scramblers and the North Shore’s Barney Bentall. Little Caesar, a Los Angeles- based group, will also perform. In addition to the two North Shore environment organizations, monies raised from the concert will go to Greenpeace and the Western Canada Wiiderness Committee.
