Italian seasoning herbs
V2 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper
18 oz. tin tomato sauce
Y2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded white cheese —
Mozzarella, Edam or Jack.
Combine beef with remaining
ingredients except white cheese.
Divide in half and mound on each
half-loaf of bread — get it right to
the edges. Bake at 400°F for 15
minutes. Top with white cheese
and bake 10 minutes more.
